Camper and Studio Space Party Cancellation and Rescheduling
The reservation deposit is non-refundable, as materials, staffing, and studio time are reserved in advance for each event.
If a party must be canceled or rescheduled, ink + twig will make reasonable efforts to work with the client to identify an alternate event date when possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of studio space, staff, and supplies.
For birthday parties scheduled with the ink + twig art camper or other outdoor locations, weather conditions may affect the ability to safely conduct the event.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, ink + twig may offer the option to:
· Move the party to the ink + twig studio when studio space is available, or
· Reschedule the event to another mutually agreed-upon date.
Every effort will be made to communicate weather-related changes as early as possible.

We will do our best to help you rebook for a future date. All cancellations will incur a $10 fee. Classes are non-refundable 48 hours prior to the start time of the class. Classes are non-transferable 24 hours prior to the start time of class.
